I believe in being transparent about costs at the outset. Only some legal options are able to be provided on a fixed fee cost. At our first meeting I will discuss with you the options and steps needed to assist you . If a fixed fee is appropriate for your matter, I will provide you with a clear cost schedule so there are no surprises.

If you prefer, our appointments can take place via video conference rather than face to face meetings. Only online appointments can be offered outside of business hours.

“Jane was exceptional in handling my relationship property matter. She successfully resolved the case through a settlement conference, which saved me a significant amount of money compared to proceeding to a hearing. Throughout the process, she was empathetic, professional, and highly efficient with her time.
Jane provided clear advice, kept me informed at every stage, and worked diligently to achieve a positive outcome. Her fees were fair and reasonable, and the result she secured exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful for her expertise and support and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking legal assistance with relationship property matters.”
